Veritas Partner Success Manager in Mexico

Responsibilities

• Channel Business Planning

This responsibility is focused on engaging partners in a formal planning process to identify and commit to partner development objectives, revenue goals and resource allocation

• Partner Recruiting

This responsibility is focused on evaluating the revenue capacity of current channel Partners, assessing their ability to achieve growth targets in an ethical and compliant manner, and working with cross functional groups to resolve any gaps between current capacity and our business objectives. Includes sales resource assessments, partner engagement evaluation, and growth potential assessment.

• Partner Enablement & Training

This responsibility is focused on evaluating the skills / commitment of Partner resources and developing / implementing (coordinate with ecosystem) specific plans to ensure basic skills and drive continuous improvement for sales and technical responsibilities and ethics and compliance.

• Marketing Management

This responsibility is focused on working with Partners and cross functional groups to develop and implement specific marketing plans to produce an adequate Partner Sales Pipeline. Partner Marketing Management involves evaluating Partner marketing resources, developing and securing commitment to marketing plans, and tracking the performance of marketing investments.

• Channel Program Operation

This responsibility is focused on managing Veritas Partner Force program which include marketing budget allocation, revenue target cascade, accreditation requirement, and tier level management. This require excellent skill in managing internal tools and external communication skill with resellers to drive them to grow for the future.

The right person will possess significant partner management or business development experience in the software/technology industry.

Consistently exceeds quota and key performance metrics.

Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences.

Strong program management skills with a focus on delivering scalable programs supporting channel partners
