Veritas is currently looking for motivated individuals forGovernment sales with IT sales experience of 12-18 years, who not only do but are also leaders who influence change and make a difference. The team is always looking for passionate, dedicated individuals who are self-motivated in their work and careers.
What you will be doing:
It’s a field sales, target carrying position – Sales Manager (Government). Shortlisted candidate will be responsible for handling government accounts in North. The account will primarily include central ministries, state government departments and public sector undertaking.
What skills, experience and education you need as a team member to succeed:
Skill & Experience
- Looking for sales experience of 12-18 years in Government/Public sector sales with below detailed skills & experience :-
- Person should have worked for MNC/large SI for selling IT solution – hardware/software .
- Should have clear understanding of tenders/rate contracts of government of India
- Person should have handled Central govt and state govt accounts in north India
- Person should have handled large IT infra projects/eGov/digital india projects for government departments
- Should be on annual budget quota of Min 1Mn USD or high
- Position is based out of New Delhi
- Position will report to Government head
Education: Person should be science graduate preferably BE/MBA/MCA or equivalent with relevant experience in IT solution selling
