Job Description

- Review and approve requests that require any intervention in the Territory Hierarchy in OIC.

- Act in a consulting capacity on what is the best solution or alternative ways of implementing a request.

- Act in a consulting capacity to clearly define the request requirements from the business and to define what is the best way of implementing the agreed solution for the request.

- Develop a process that enables the SRC team to do the most time-consuming activities on the work related to a Territory Manager change while acting as the final reviewer and from an advisor capacity.

- Implement change in Oracle TM after SRC does all the checks and validations.

- Maintain and implement changes to Territory Manager.

- Enable the SRC team to process the change in TM while this role will maintain the approver/reviewer status only.

- Creation and implementation of the Territory Manager Hierarchy in OIC as per the coverage definition.

Skills Required:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite

- Proficiency in Oracle CRM and Incentive Compensation

- Ability to Multi Task

- Ability to Partners with Sales, Sales Operations/Finance and HR and IT
